Shoulder Pain Tip Home remedies for shoulder pain relief | ReLiva Physiotherapy


Hi, I’m Doctor Swati Sangolkar  I’m a physiotherapist at
Reliva Physiotherapy and Rehab.  Today I’m going to talk
about a commonly affected condition that is known as “Frozen Shoulder”  In this condition there is a
difficulty in moving your shoulder Normal daily activities like combing hair
removing and wearing clothes reaching to the high shelf
or removing wallet from the back of the pocket etc. are significantly affected.  There are few quick tips
that I want to give you.  So if you have to take 
hot water fermentation if you keep taking it 
several times in a day  that will help in keeping 
your muscles relaxed  And your pain will also be reduced.  The second tip is you 
should keep your posture correct So, you should never 
slouch or slump.  Keep your shoulders straight, 
away from your ears and backwards.  The third tip is you should keep 
moving your shoulder, say every hourly Don’t stop moving your shoulder at all.
You should do all your daily activities.  The fourth and very important thing
is you should sleep comfortably If you are lying on your back
you should keep a pillow  under your shoulder so that 
your hand rests on your abdomen If youre sleeping at the side
sleep always on the unaffected shoulder and keeping the pillow 
hugging around your tummy.  So these were the simple tips you can follow If you do not find
